Holiday closures
Today is Independence Day. The following schedule will be in effect in observance of the holiday.
Offices: City, county and federal offices and courts will be closed.
Mail: Mail will not be delivered and post offices will be closed.
Libraries: Public libraries will be closed.
Banks: Banking institutions will be closed.
Schools: Public campuses will be closed. UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton and Chapman University will not hold classes.
Public transportation: OCTA buses will operate on a holiday schedule. Metrolink railways will not run.
Trash collection: Trash will not be collected. Service will be delayed by one day.
