Ex-teacher admits fleeing with teen

A former middle school math teacher pleaded guilty to fleeing to Mexico with a 13-year-old student in 2007 so she could have sex with him.
Kelsey Peterson, 26, of Omaha pleaded guilty to transporting a minor across state lines to have sex. The agreement calls for a sentence of 70 to 87 months in federal prison. A sentencing hearing is set for September. She also faces state charges, including kidnapping and sexual assault.
