No offer for Livingston

Shaun Livingston, still recovering from a devastating knee injury suffered in 2007, and Paul Davis will become unrestricted free agents today when the Clippers decline to extend them qualifying offers.
“We are optimistic about Shaun’s ultimate return, but under the circumstances, we think it would be best to continue to monitor his progress while determining how best to move forward on his long-term status,” Clippers President Andy Roeser said.
Forwards Nick Fazekas and Marcus Williams, both late additions to last year’s team, received qualifying offers and become restricted free agents.
The Clippers are not expected to offer contracts to point guards Smush Parker and Dan Dickau, both on last season’s roster.
