Clementine chef Annie Miler is beloved for her artful breakfasts. When she forages for a morning meal outside of her repertoire -- rustic comfort food and splendiferous baked goods -- she heads to the Farmers Market, where she indulges in a dish that she says she loves “almost as much as I love my children.†“The huevos rancheros morita from Loteria Grill are my singular obsession. A corn tortilla topped with fried eggs and a fiery sauce, served with the most delicious papas con rajas.
