IT’LL BE SPIRITED, ALL RIGHT

If you think communicating with “soot sprites,” lonely masked wraiths and huge bugs is all in a normal day, you must be a fan of Japanese director Hayao Miyazaki, who broke out in the U.S. with 1997’s “Princess Mononoke.” Even if you own all the master animator’s films on DVD, you can’t duplicate the magic of seeing them on the big screen -- as in this Aero Theatre triple bill: the post-apocalyptic “Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind,” the Oscar-winning “Spirited Away” (pictured) and “My Neighbor Totoro,” a sweetly serene tale of two sisters who discover a giant, bunny-like creature in a vast forest.
