* What he has done lately: Beasley had 33 points and 15 rebounds against Iowa State after a 29-point, 13-rebound performance against Colorado.
* What’s ahead: Wednesday vs. Kansas, Saturday at Missouri.
Eric Gordon, Indiana
* Season stats: 21.7 ppg, 48.1 FG%.
* What he has done lately: Gordon scored 17 points against Iowa, but had only 14 points on five-for-16 shooting as the Hoosiers’ 13-game winning streak ended against Connecticut.
* What’s ahead: Thursday at Wisconsin, Sunday vs. Northwestern.
Kevin Love, UCLA
* Season stats: 17.3 ppg, 11.3 rpg.
* What he has done lately: Returning to his home state for the first time in a UCLA uniform, Love scored 26 points and grabbed 18 rebounds against Oregon, then had 16 points and 21 rebounds against Oregon State.
* What’s ahead: Thursday vs. Arizona State, Saturday vs. Arizona.
O.J. Mayo, USC
* Season stats: 19.9 ppg, 44.1 FG%.
* What he has done lately: Mayo averaged 22 points in a road sweep of the Oregon schools, making 12 of 28 shots, including eight of 21 three-point shots, and contributing eight assists with only five turnovers.
* What’s ahead: Thursday vs. Arizona, Saturday vs. Arizona State.
Jerryd Bayless, Arizona
* Season stats: 19.9 ppg, 4.6 apg.
* What he has done lately: The Wildcats point guard had 23 points and six assists in an upset of Washington State, and 26 points and six assists against Washington. In that two-game stretch, Bayless made 15 of 23 shots and eight of 12 three-point shots.
* What’s ahead: Thursday at USC, Saturday at UCLA.
