MVP point guards: An article on Chris Paul and NBA point guards in Wednesday’s Sports section said Bob Cousy was the only point guard to win the most-valuable-player award before Magic Johnson in 1987, 1989 and 1990. Oscar Robertson won the MVP in 1964.
