Program change: Soprano Cristina Gallardo-Domas will not sing Desdemona as scheduled in Los Angeles Opera’s production of Verdi’s “Otello� tonight at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion because of a throat infection. Elena Evseeva, who made her Metropolitan Opera debut in the role in 1999, will sing in her place. Gallardo-Domas is expected to sing the remaining performances of the engagement, which runs through March 9, according to a company spokesman.
