Median listing price slips again

Housing Tracker reports that the median listing price in Los Angeles County has slipped $1,000 more over the last week and is now down $160,000 from its bubble peak.
Housing Tracker’s analysis of MLS listings shows the median listing price dropped to $419,000, and now trails year-ago levels by 20.9%. The inventory of for-sale homes continues to decline, falling 2.7% year over year to 42,812.
