Re “Do the crime, do the cleanup,” July 31
It is about time that Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed this graffiti law.
That some gang experts worried it might put offenders in jeopardy is dumbfounding. Have you seen and wondered how in the world graffiti gets in some of the places it appears? Only daredevils could have hung from some of the places this mess is found.
If they risk their lives to do it, make them risk their lives to remove it.
