May Day marches planned
Traffic in much of the downtown area Thursday will be disrupted by marches starting from three locations and converging on Broadway and 1st St., where a rally may last until 8 p.m. More than 100,000 participants are expected.
Streets near the assembly areas will begin closing about 10 a.m., and the march routes will begin closing about 1:30 p.m.
