Yahoo Inc. paid Chief Executive Jerry Yang $1 in 2007. Yang didn’t get a bonus or stock awards because of the amount of shares he already owns, the company said
Susan Decker, who is president, had total compensation of $14.8 million under Securities and Exchange Commission rules, Sunnyvale, Calif., Yahoo said in an SEC filing.
