Kennedy redux: HBO said Tuesday it was planning to make a 10-part miniseries out of Vincent Bugliosi’s book “Reclaiming History: The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy,” which makes the case that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in killing the president.
Big gift: The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston has received a $10-million gift from financial services company State Street Corp., the largest corporate gift in the museum’s 130-year history.
The boss: The site for the Oct. 28 L.A. concert by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band has been confirmed as the L.A. Sports Arena.
Together again: The Sex Pistols are reuniting for a Nov. 8 concert in London to mark the 30th anniversary of their only album, “Never Mind the Bollocks.” The punk pioneers split in 1978 but re-formed in 1996 and played together again in 2003.
Adoption: Mary-Louise Parker, the 43-year-old star of Showtime’s “Weeds,” has adopted a baby girl from Africa, her spokeswoman confirmed to People.com.
