Update -- This is Round 4 of this year’s Super Clasico. On the line are bragging rights and the trophy, which would be the first one in Chivas’ trophy case. Galaxy won the first game this year, the two teams tied in the second, and Chivas won the third, 3-0, in a match highlighted by David Beckham’s on-the-field scuffle with Chivas midfielder Jesse Marsch. To win the series and the trophy, the Galaxy needs a win tonight, while all Chivas needs is a draw. But with a chance of leapfrogging Houston into first place of the Western Conference standings, Chivas wants a win, said team captain Claudio Suarez. Out for the game are Chris Albright (hamstring), Beckham (knee), Kevin Harmse (national team) for the Galaxy and Carlos Llamosa (knee injury) and Alex Zotinca (suspension) for Chivas. And Marsch, who was replaced in the 60th minute of the last game, will be a game-time decision, said Coach Preki.
