3 troops killed by roadside bomb in Iraq

Three American soldiers were killed Tuesday southeast of Baghdad when their patrol struck a roadside bomb, the U.S. military announced. Their names were not immediately released.
The deaths brought to 3,842 the number of U.S. military personnel killed in Iraq since the U.S.-led invasion in March 2003, according to icasualties.org.
