SOMEONE GET ‘EM A SPOTLIGHT -- PLEASE!

JIMMY’S LOUNGE isn’t new, but lately it’s been attracting one of the most creatively dressed crowds in late-night L.A. The reason? The new Friday night feel-good PYT party -- hosted by promoters MFG and Graciecakes -- features a rotating list of guest DJs spinning anything from Morrissey to Michael Jackson.

Jimmy’s, an under-lighted watering hole on east Santa Monica Boulevard, isn’t fancy -- think black vinyl booths and scotch straight-up. No matter. Ray-Ban-wearing Eastsiders, scarf-draping Europeans, neo hip-hoppers and vintage-clad fashionistas belly up to the speak-easy-style bar, pack into comfy booths on the massive patio and get rowdy on the near pitch-black dance floor.

Kind of a shame, when everyone looks this good.
