at Charlotte 100, Seattle 84: The SuperSonics, apparently worn out from their double-overtime victory at Atlanta on Friday, shot 31%. Kevin Durant was held to 16 points on three-of-12 shooting, and Damien Wilkins, who scored a career-high 41 points against the Hawks, made five of 16.

New Orleans 100, at Minnesota 82: The Hornets were playing without Chris Paul, but backup point guards Jannero Pargo and Bobby Jackson combined for 22 points and 12 assists. New Orleans won its fifth in a row and extended its franchise-best start to 9-2. The Timberwolves are 1-7.

at Denver 115, New York 83: The Knicks went 0-4 on their trip and the teams that brawled Dec. 16 at New York got into it again in the third quarter. New York’s Renaldo Balkman was called for a hard foul, and Linas Kleiza took exception and began jawing at him. Kleiza was given a technical.

at Milwaukee 105, Atlanta 96: The Hawks have lost 17 consecutive road games, their last victory away from home coming on Valentine’s Day against the Clippers. Andrew Bogut and Michael Redd each scored 21 points for the Bucks, and Josh Smith had a career-high 38 for Atlanta.
