IT’S time for the madness to begin. Sixty-five teams will begin playing this week with one goal in mind: cutting down the nets in Atlanta on the first Monday in April. And while UCLA and defending champion Florida won’t meet in the title game this season, a Final Four matchup in Atlanta could be in the cards.
