I’ve never really seen the point of buying a wine stopper -- why not just reuse the cork? But this new one from Oxo, which doubles as a pourer, is actually fun to use and looks good on the table. A handy lever seals the bottle. Flip it up, with a satisfyingly cushy motion, and you’re ready to pour, without dripping Syrah all over the white tablecloth. Flip it down, and you’re good to go for tomorrow.
