Our reporters answer readers’ questions. Today’s query: I started working out seriously in March. I have lost around 25 pounds but have 12 to 15 pounds to go. I can’t get over this last hump. I run or jog 5 1/2 miles a day, plus do weight training every other day. Any suggestions?
