Navy doctor faces trial in sex video case

A Navy doctor will be court-martialed on allegations he secretly videotaped Naval Academy students having sex with their girlfriends in his home, a Navy spokesman said in Annapolis.
Vice Adm. Donald Arthur, surgeon general of the Navy, has signed a charge sheet against Cmdr. Kevin Ronan, the spokesman said. Ronan was charged with conduct unbecoming an officer, obstruction of justice and illegal wiretapping. Ronan faces more than 10 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
