S&P; raises Disney’s credit outlook to positive

Walt Disney Co. had its credit outlook raised to positive from stable by Standard & Poor’s, suggesting the debt grader might raise its rating on the entertainment giant’s bonds.
S&P; cited improvements in Disney’s film and broadcast businesses as well as an expectation of fewer buybacks of Disney stock.
S&P; left the long-term credit rating of Burbank-based Disney at A-.
