Lea Nikki Bacharach, daughter of composer Burt Bacharach and actress Angie Dickinson, committed suicide Thursday in her Thousand Oaks apartment, according to a statement from the couple. Known as Nikki, the 40-year-old Bacharach was born prematurely in 1966 and had been battling Asperger’s disorder, a form of autism, the statement said. Services are pending.
