President Bush declared today a national day of mourning in honor of former President Ford. The following schedule will be in effect:

Orange County:

County offices and services open.

Courts:

Federal courts closed

State courts open

Postal Service:

No mail delivery

Public Transit:

Systems will run on normal schedules

Libraries/Banks:

Check with your local branches for possible changes
