Motorist is shot from a car at an intersection

A motorist described as a man in his 20s was shot in the head Wednesday night at an intersection by an assailant who pulled up in another car, authorities said.
The attack was reported shortly before 8 p.m. at Lincoln Avenue and Orange Grove Boulevard.
The victim was taken to Huntington Hospital, where he was in stable condition.
