How do cyclists intimidate motorists with their “sharp elbows?” Hundreds of cyclists are killed in the U.S. every year. How many motorists are killed by reckless bicyclists?

There’s been lots of coverage about bike riding lately. Bicyclists claim that they want to share the road. OK, let’s start with sharing some responsibility. Have all bicyclists take a test to be licensed to be sure they know the rules of the road. They also should be insured, just the way the law requires of automobile drivers.
