Flights delayed after power failure

A power failure at Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport delayed flights and shut down terminal shops for more than two hours Tuesday afternoon.
A contractor had been working in an underground utility tunnel and may have triggered the outage, officials said. The exact cause was not determined.
