Oracle CEO Eligible for $11.3-Million Bonus

Oracle Corp. Chief Executive Larry Ellison may receive a bonus of as much as $11.3 million for fiscal 2007.
Shareholders of Oracle approved the bonus at an Oct. 9 meeting at the company’s Redwood City, Calif., headquarters, according to a regulatory filing.
Ellison, 62, was eligible for a maximum bonus of $9.68 million in fiscal 2006, according to company filings. Last year, he earned $7.4 million in salary and bonus, plus stock options.
