Orange County holiday closures

Today is Columbus Day. The following schedule will be in effect in observance of the holiday:
Schools: Most public schools will be closed. Cal State Fullerton, UC Irvine and Chapman University will be open.
Mail: There will be no mail delivery and post offices will be closed.
Public transportation: Orange County Transportation Authority and Metrolink trains will run as scheduled.
Libraries: Most will be closed.
Banks: Most will be closed.
Trash collection: Pickup will not be affected.
Government: Federal and state offices and courts will be closed. Most city offices will be open; call your city hall for information.
