The 75th annual Hollywood Christmas Paradewill take place Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. How to get there and where towatch:
Getting thereSpectators are urged to take Metro buses and the Red Line to theparade, as traffic and parking in the area are very difficult. Faresare $1.25 one-way or $3 for an all-day pass. Red Line stations are onHollywood Blvd. near Highland Ave. and near Vine St. Go towww.metro.net for routes and schedules, or call (800) 266-6883.Parking is available at the Hollywood & Highland Center at $2 for fourhours with validation from the businesses there. _$10 daily maximum.Enter the parking structure from Orange Dr.

Watching the paradeThe parade is free. For grandstand seating, tickets cost $35. Ticketswill be on sale Saturday (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and Sunday (10 a.m. to _5p.m.) at a booth at Hollywood and Orange. Cash only.For more ticket and parade information, call (866) 727-2331.TelecastThe parade will be broadcast live on KTLA-TV Channel 5.

All weekendHollywood between Orange and Highland will be closed from _12:01 a.m.Saturday until 6 a.m. Monday, as will Orange between Hollywood and thealley north of Hawthorn Ave.-
On SundayHollywood between La Brea Ave. and Orange, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.; andbetween Highland and Gower St., 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.-
