The City of Angels celebrates St. Patrick’s Day today with a parade of bands, fire engines and others from El Pueblo Historic Monument to Pershing Square. Rather than a pot of gold, there will be a 90-minute free concert at the parade’s end.
Streets close at 10:30 a.m.
