11 a.m.: Rustlers Square Dancers.

Noon: Performance by Ballet Folklorico Amor de Mexico.

1 p.m.: Craft demonstration by the Embroiderers Guild of America, Orange County Chapter.

2 p.m.: Educational wine seminar (until 4 p.m.).

4 p.m.: Bull-riding. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-seated basis.

5 p.m.: The Magic of Frank Thurston.

7 p.m.: Youth karaoke.

8 p.m.: Voice and guitar of Fernando Olivares.

10:30 p.m.: Performance by country group Thunder Road.
