Woman Doused With Gasoline, Set Afire

A woman remained hospitalized in critical condition Friday after an attacker poured gasoline on her and set her ablaze, officials said. The unidentified victim, 49, had second- and third-degree burns over a quarter of her body.
Jeffrey Thomas, 40, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and arson.
Officials said they are unsure what led to the attack.
