Home Heater Suspected as Cause of Fatal Fire

Firefighters found the body of a 27-year-old man in his home Friday after extinguishing a blaze possibly started by a defective floor heater, officials said.
The victim was identified as Rudy Eliseo Garciaguirre.
The fire at the one-story home in the 18700 block of Napa Street was put out in 16 minutes. It is under investigation.
