Two Held in Heist; Loss Estimated at $87 Million

Police in London arrested a man and a woman in connection with the armed robbery of a security depot and said the loss might total $87 million, not the $43 million previously estimated.
Kent Assistant Chief Constable Adrian Leppard told reporters, “This is organized crime at its top level ... executed with military precision.”
