Perfect timing for vacation checklist

TO whoever put the vacation checklist together, we salute you [“Get Organized With a Pre-Trip Checklist,” Sourcebook, Jan. 22]. My husband and I travel often, and we put together a list of things to remember. When I happened to read your Travel section, my mouth was agape at some of the tips you gave. “I would have never thought of that,” I said to myself.
This particular section could not have been published at a better time. We’re flying to the Caribbean, and I have used your checklist like a bible. One thing we were late with was the vaccinations. We still got the shots even though the immunity won’t kick in until after a couple of days.
Thank you again for that informative section.
