U.S., South Korea Discuss Big Trade Pact

The United States and South Korea launched talks on the biggest U.S. free trade agreement in more than a decade.
U.S. Trade Representative Rob Portman said the proposal faces a year-end deadline for completion. It would be the biggest U.S. trade pact since the North American Free Trade Agreement. Portman and South Korean Trade Minister Kim Hyun Chong announced the launch at a news conference.
