Bonaduce to join Carolla on radio

Danny Bonaduce, former co-host of the morning show on KYSR-FM (98.7), will return to local radio next month as a member of “The Adam Carolla Show” on KLSX-FM (97.1). He will replace Dave Damacheff on the year-old talk show as of Jan. 2.

Bonaduce, a former child actor on “The Partridge Family,” teamed with Jamie White at KYSR from 1999 to 2005.

“If you asked me why I wanted to join Adam’s show, my first reaction would be to say poverty,” Bonaduce said in a statement, “followed quickly by the fact that I’m a big fan and have a lot of respect for his work.”
