News Corp. buys NBC’s stakes in NGC Network

Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. acquired stakes in National Geographic Channel’s international distribution ventures from NBC Universal.
News Corp. acquired a 25% interest in NGC Network Ltd. and increased its stake in NGC Network International to 75% from 50%, the company said. Terms weren’t disclosed.
