$19.3 million OKd for helping the homeless

Supervisors on Tuesday approved $19.3 million in housing assistance for the homeless.
The spending package includes moving assistance, rental subsidies, eviction prevention and help find housing for people living in shelters or on skid row, discharged hospital patients and released juvenile offenders.
