Computer Sciences to buy Datatrac

Computer Sciences Corp. of El Segundo agreed to buy Datatrac Information Services Inc. to increase its government contract work.
Terms weren’t disclosed. Datatrac, based in Richardson, Texas, employs more than 1,800 and will operate as part of Computer Sciences’ security services group.
Shares of Computer Sciences rose 17 cents to $53.19.
