‘House’ drops ball

I got a kick out of the analysis of the pseudo-medical show, “House” [The Unreal World, Nov. 20.] I watched the show one time but was put off by the fact that “Dr.” House doesn’t seem to know something as elemental as how one correctly uses a cane -- holding the cane in the hand opposite the side that needs support to avoid putting excess weight on the disability.
Duh.
