Man held in choking death of his brother

A 40-year-old man was arrested Saturday for allegedly choking his brother to death during a fight, authorities said.
Randall Rogers, 37, was found dead about 8:40 p.m. Friday, authorities said.
His brother, Darren, was being held in lieu of $1-million bail.
