DeLay’s day in court

So Texas District Judge Bob Perkins can’t try former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas) impartially because of his donations to Democratic causes (Nov. 2). I wonder if DeLay had any concerns about Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia sitting on a case involving Vice President Dick Cheney. Probably not -- I am sure they are people of much higher ethical standards.

DeLay got a Democratic judge removed from his case? I wonder if we could find out how to do that in case I ever have to go before a Republican judge.
