Cheney’s Secrets
Vice President Dick Cheney has won his fight to keep his secret energy meetings secret (May 11). He won, the rest of us lost! Since those meetings were held, the price of gasoline and oil has doubled. A war was launched and the chief beneficiary was Halliburton, his former company. Greenhouse gases still go unchecked and the Arctic reserve is about to be toast. I have a feeling this was all planned in his secret meetings. But hey, Mr. Cheney, prove me wrong, release the minutes of the meetings.
