I love Hilary Hull’s article [“Sigh. Tell Me About the Boot Sector Again?” April 28]! I haven’t laughed out loud reading an L.A. Times article in months. She is absolutely right. The techie is the new alpha male! Who knew?

When I went to the Genius Bar at the Apple Store in Glendale Galleria, I was in heaven. Behind the counter were three bespectacled brainiacs that saved my laptop and, hence, my life. And, of course, I stayed and flirted shamelessly with my newest heroes.
