Gap Compliance Chief Quits; Successor Named

Retailer Gap Inc. named Lauri Shanahan chief compliance officer, replacing Anne Gust, who is leaving the company and plans to marry Oakland Mayor Jerry Brown.
Shanahan, 42, will take over May 13, when Gust leaves, San Francisco-based Gap said.
