2 Arrested in Deaths of Fortuneteller, Daughter

The arrests of two people in the April 21 stabbing deaths of a fortuneteller and her 23-year-old daughter were announced by police Thursday.
One suspect was taken into custody in Orange County and the other was arrested in North Carolina, according to Westminster Police Sgt. Bill Collins. Neither was identified.
They are suspected of killing Ha Jade Smith, 52, and Anita Nhi Vo, 23. Police say white paint had been poured over the heads and hands of the victims.
