L.A. skyways
The traffic situation is getting worse by the day, and our mayor asks us not to use our cars one or two days a week, but to ride a bus, walk or bike. This is not New York City. We need to build elevated highways -- skyways -- over the existing freeways, and reinstall light-rail systems on major arteries.
