Manhunt on for Father Suspected of Stabbing
From Times Wire Reports
Authorities carried out a manhunt across the Pacific Northwest for a convicted rapist suspected of stabbing his 12-year-old daughter, tying her up and leaving her for dead on the side of a mountain road. The girl was in serious condition.
John Rollins Tuggle, 37, is the only suspect in the case, Sheriff Chuck Reynalds said in Wallace. Tuggle was released from prison last year after serving nine years for raping his 14-year-old sister-in-law.
